I employed Griswold Home Care during my husband’s illness. Everyone that I was in contact went above and beyond my expectations. The administration staff was prompt, courteous and helpful. Every caregiver was prompt and very caring. Not only to my husband but also to me. I had a very positive experience with Griswold Home Care and would highly recommend.

Griswold took care of my mother during Hospice Home Care. Griswold provided timely care. Their staff was competent, caring and patient in caring for my mother. I highly recommend them.

I happened to learn about Griswold at a time where I needed a caregiver really quickly to help with my mom. The process was quick even though I was very specific about what we needed. We were provided a caregiver that was willing to learn and grow with us. Once she moved on to another calling, we were provided with another caregiver that had the same mindset to grow and learn with us. We did have a few hiccups along the way with fill-ins but the feedback was well received and the issues addressed. I recommend Griswold Home Care of Baton Rouge to care for your loved ones.

Griswold Home Care is an excellent company to use for your loved ones. They provide services from sitting with your loved ones to cleaning house, cooking meals, etc. The care givers were very professional and treated my mom with care and dignity. They always arrived on time. The care givers I had, have been with the company 2 years or more and were very experienced in how to care for my mom. I learned a lot from them. Whenever you had a question, the company always answered the phone and were quick to respond. I felt safe leaving my mom with them and that meant so much to the family. You will not be disappointed using Griswold Home care.

My 95 year old father moved in with me after my mom died. We got along just great for a while but the stress of being a caregiver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week began to wear on me and my children insisted I hire someone to help with his care. This was a decision I dreaded making, but from the first moment I began interacting with Griswold I knew I had made the right decision. Daniel was the person I dealt with most frequently in the office and he was always very professional, friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend Griswold Home Care more highly.

Griswold was recommended to us when our Mothers health began to decline. At the time she was in an assisted living facility - which was wonderful, but she just needed some extra support. Griswold provided that for us with sitters that were professional and our Mother came to enjoy their care. We made several schedule changes and Griswold handled those professionally. In addition to the sitters, the administrative staff was very helpful. They got us through a trying time and we are very grateful they were there for us and our Mother.

I couldn't have been happier with the services provide by Griswold in the care of my stepmother. The important thing to consider when deciding on whether to find a sitter on your own or hire a service like Griswold is what happens when your sitter can't make it. This happened a few times due to family emergencies or illness of the sitter where Griswold quickly found a replacement at the last minute.

Griswold Home Care was excellent in taking of my mother in a time of need. The sitters providers were excellent but also Griswold was flexible in adapting to our changing needs and schedule.

The caregivers we have for my 95 year old mother who has Alzheimer's have been wonderful. They care for her with such dignity. They are very helpful to my father who has had a hard time accepting help with my mother. The caregivers respect his space but are vigilant to help when he seems to need it but too proud to ask. My prayers have been answered for caregivers who truly care with respect and dignity for my mother.

Griswold Home Care is providing some of the care for my uncle. The staff that's helping us find someone is very, very friendly. Our area is very hard to service, and we're having difficulty with that, but they have found me one person who started today. She is very professional, and my uncle liked her right away. Everything is good so far. The business side of it is very good, they try to help you, call you back, and check on you; stuff like that. Today she washed his bedsheets, she did a load of clothes, folded all of that, she swept, she mopped, she washed the dishes, she cleaned the bathroom, she cleaned the area where she sleeps, she made sure he had lunch, gave him his medicine, and she took out the garbage. She's supposed to be coming five days a week from nine to five. I'm having trouble filling the weekends.
