Essentially, we do the vetting, and hire only qualified individuals who are licensed, bonded and insured into your home. Our Executive Director who is a nurse, will personally open your case, find the right caregiver and is available at no extra charge for attending important physician appointments with your loved one and communicating back to the family. And the nurse will make routine visits and be in constant communication regarding the specific care plan of your loved one through the caregiver. We have found that through this vision we are able to reduce returns to the hospital tremendously. In addition, we are skilled in working with all forms of long term care insurance policies and accept private pay and workers compensation.
