We have Homecare & Hospice, Inc. for my mother-in-law. They come out three times a week just to bathe her, and do whatever we ask them to do. They do housework and just sit with and visit with her for the remainder of the hour. We have a physical therapist that comes out once a week just to help her gain some strength. She has improved, getting up and walking with a walker. If we hire them for an extended period of time, and usually it's just more companion care and feeding her lunch. They're all wonderful, and they do a very good job. They're personable, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, friendly, and show up on time.

Our experience was horrible. My dad suffered under their care, and never in a million years will I ever recommend them. It was such an awful experience, my mom and I are receiving therapy for it. I'm glad he's no longer suffering, but choosing Good Shepard Homecare & Hospice is/will be the biggest regret of my life.
