Our mother was treated with loving care. The staff made sure she was clean and comfortable. From soft clothing to fresh linens, to soft pillows and a hand crocheted coverlet. The nursing staff are angels in disguise, gently walking us through her journey. Caring and compassionate staff made sure we could pray and grieve together. Making available a chapel for prayers and a kitchen to break bread. This beautiful experience will be forever etched in my memory with gratitude.

My father was at Mercy Hospice. They were very caring. They had an area where the family could sit together. They would come in and explain what was going on with my dad, and if we asked them questions, they were as straight forward as they can be with what they knew. Before he passed, they allowed my mom to spend time with him.
