We used hospice at Great Lakes. The staff is excellent, and they did a great job. They supplied any equipment, and anything my mother needed and any time I call, they came, and they were very good at talking to me. Every time they made a visit if I wasn't there, they make sure I knew everything. They were very efficient, very caring, and very sympathetic. They were very good at answering any question that I had.

We used hospice at Great Lakes. The staff is excellent, and they did a great job.
