"I am using FirstLight Home Care of Simi Valley for my dad. First of all, it was just for somebody to stay there and be present during the day for approximately four hours each day. Two different people helped out, and both had great personalities. They were very willing to help do whatever was needed, which were very basic things, such as helping him stand up when needed. He had a routine of exercises that he was doing that they were able to do when they were there to help him stand and help if he needed help. They would get him some drinks and water, and that type of help, whatever it was. They're all very good about it. For the first three weeks, two guys were rotating on this; this current week that we're on, it's one person. There are no issues whatsoever. They're very good. Alicia and Alexandra were both great to work with, very easy to work with, and it was no problem contacting them. They were always available when we needed to have a conversation."

I picked Trusted Family because of their 5 star rating. The people Daniel sent me were all punctual and capable. Our main resource, Maxine, is a marvel. She does anything we ask her to do cheerfully and skillfully. I would heartily recommend this service to everyone."

"When I was looking for 24 hour affordable senior care for my grandma I started asking people I know. It's amazing that two people actually referred me to Home Instead, and specifically Jenny who as kind, professional and answered all of my questions. Even though I was never taking care of grandma myself and didn't know all the details of exactly what she needed, Jenny and her team offered their free in-home assessment to help determine exactly what would be best for her. Like the other reviews say, they are very easy to get a hold of and always available to answer my questions pretty quickly. The caretaker helps my grandma with pretty much everything now like: taking her medicine, driving her around, dressing, showers, walking and much more. Plus my grandma told me how nice and sweet the caretaker was, which means the world to me!! Thank you x a million for the service you've provided to my grandma - much appreciated! "
