We have used Alternative Home Health for two months for our parents, but we're still having language issues with the caregivers. There are two caregivers, one who is very good and trying to learn how to cook; unfortunately, he's only there three days a week. The other one we're trying to replace because she can't cook, and her language skills are atrocious. She helped with my father quite a bit, but we need somebody to follow Dad around, like a babysitter, and help him with his bathroom needs and dress him. My mom needs help in the shower and with cooking. I think the cost is expensive. They live there 24/7, and we're housing and feeding them. They're one of the least expensive ones out there.
