When we originally signed up with Serendipity Home Health Care, Inc., we had to wait a couple of months before they were able to find somebody. They finally found a lady, but she was terrible. She came late and she left early. She never really did anything. They called me to check on how she was doing, and I honestly answered. Then the agency called and said that she couldn't work anymore because she was sick. So, we had to wait quite a while till we got the lady that we have now, Maria. She's like an angel. She's wonderful. She helps me with strength exercises. She's very good and I like her. She is really helpful. She helps me get in and out of the bathtub. She helps me take care of the wound on my leg. Sometimes if we haven't had breakfast yet, she'll make breakfast. She pretty much does anything. Yesterday, my husband had doctor's appointments, and she took him to his appointments. She helps me with my physical therapy and she's wonderful.

My mother is using Serenity Care Services right now. They provide excellent service, and the caregivers' working attitude is also excellent. They provide light housekeeping, assistance with feeding, dressing, they help her get around, give her food and water, and they do household chores like making up the bed, vacuuming the carpets, straightening, and dusting.
