I wouldn't hire Hope & Help Agency, Inc. There were a lot of language issues. We had a lady from them who had dementia, sp my mom was actually taking care of her, and she couldn't find her way to the house. Whenever the caregivers would cook food for them, they wanted to cook foods that were high in fats and salt, and not the ones Mom would ask them to make. The cooking and communication skills were not there, and the caregiver wouldn't listen to my parents' needs and what their schedules were. We ended up having to fire them. We went through three caregivers in two months, but she was honest with the price, and it was the most reasonable of all.
