The caregivers at Riverside Home Health Care were okay, but they could have been a little more interactive. They bathed my grandmother, fed her, and they changed her beddings. Majority of the caregivers took good care of her, and she felt comfortable with them. I would suggest they interact with the family more, and not spend too much time on their phones. Overall, they were a good company. The management team; they were really great. If you have any problems, the management team intervenes. If we have problems with the caregivers; they replace them, and made sure someone better comes to our home. They would not stop until we find the right caregiver for us. The caregivers aren’t so great, but the management is doing an awesome, wonderful job.
