Benchmark Home Health Care took care of my dad really well. They would come in and give him a shower. He always liked them; they worked with him really well. They had a nurse come in and check on him, and they would call me if they determined something or if they noticed anything. They always checked his blood pressure, and if they noticed anything, they would actually call me. They also did some therapy for him, and they were good with him. If one person was not there, they would send somebody else and would let me know somebody else was coming. Otherwise, it was pretty much the same people who always came to see him. The same one helped him in the shower, the same one would always come to check him medically (like a couple of times they found something wrong with his heel; it was cracking and bleeding, and they got the doctor and dressed the wounds). They took care of him very well.
