We were a client of All Help Health Services. I had no problem with them. It is just the industry overall. They're short-staffed because people come, and they leave. It's just the state that we're in. They were all competent, experienced, and compatible with caring for my mom. Their billing needs to be updated. Scheduling was fine but their billing was not ideal at all. They provided us with basic home care, and it was a positive experience. The owner and the office manager were very responsive. They always came out for an interview with potential candidates. They just need to update and automate their billing to make it online. They just do it via U.S. mail and that's not cool.
