Compassus is good and they meet our needs. They started to care for my brother a couple of weeks ago. They have a nurse that sees to him, and a doctor who calls whenever my brother needs him. They're very compassionate and very good with my brother. They have given us everything we need to work with him. They're very patient and very good at what they do.

I highly do not recommend this hospice service when you have a love one approaching end of life. My love one was signed onto Compasuss services and had a total of three to four different nurses with within the last month they were on service, no one(RN) was communicating with the changes or relaying the concerns of the family messages to the physician. They NEVER have enough supplies. I waited three weeks after my family member passed away to receive the death certificate to the funeral home. When we reached out to the office I was told that it was prolonged because of the physician signature, then when asked to speak with management they couldn't give me a valid explanation either and the receptionist was very rude who handle this matter. My love one was prescribed med to mange her pain and they never even made it pharmacy. This was a very bad experience for me and my family as we dealt with the last days of my love one's life. The company is very unorganized and leadership makes things no better. The sales team will promise you everything to get you to sign up but the staff follows through with nothing promised.
