I would definitely recommend this office! They were proactive when there was a scheduling issue, contacting me first. The caregiver was always on time and friendly and capable, as well as creative having a different activity each time to keep my father busy and entertained.

We tried Visiting Angels here in Jonesboro, but it did not work out. We thought that they could do a little bit of cleaning, like clean my mom's room and the bathroom. They were charging $40 for just two hours. They were able to give her a bath, but they just want to sit and talk with her and be like a companion. The last one that came was 21 years old and she kept staying on the phone, and to me that is not a good companion for an 85-year-old woman. The first one came, and she was a little rough with momma in the shower. My momma doesn't take showers, but she put her in there and just had her sit with cold water running on her and she got a little rough with her. The second lady brought her baby with her. I understood she was going to bring it, but I sure did not expect to take her out of the carrier. She actually took the baby out of the carrier and laid it on my couch. She held on to it and let it go touch my momma's hand. You just don't do that right now with the Coronavirus. And I can't remember if any of them wore a mask. We only tried them for at least a month or so. They came late and they served out late. They were very poor in service and I would not hire them for myself.
