I have been a client for 19yrs and RAH has been great to me. I have a wonderful caregiver, LaSean who has been with me the entire time, my nurse Linda is good to me and the staff always check on me. I'm provided with excellent service and all my needs are met. My life has been extended and comfortable thank to them and I'm grateful.

Custom Care Plan
We know everyones needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I needed someone to take me to a pain clinic to have a procedure done. I'm sedated during this procedure so they won't allow me to drive home. I don't have family in this state so I was in a dilemma about finding someone to take me, stay while I had the procedure and then drive me home. I just by chance called Right at Home to ask if they provided this service or if not could suggest someone who did. I was elated when they said they provide this service for people. So on my procedure day Kelvin came and picked me up. He was actually early. Kelvin is a kind, gentle man that made me at ease immediately. We talked about casual things and I think it relieved my stress greatly. I'll have more procedures and I asked that Kelvin always be the one to Pick me up. Plus I got the name of a great Barbecue place. I'm very appreciative of him and his agency for being there for me. Thank you

I initially spoke w/ Ms. Riley in June 2016; however, I signed up w/ another agency to care for my love one. There was a need to change services. In my searching I was reconnected w/ Ms. Riley, whose demeanor was consistent. FIVE years later I am elated about the services we receive from Right @ Home beginning w/ the staff and the CNAs who attend to my love one. I requested GOD-fearing, compassionate, certified, trustworthy professionals w/ transportation and you delivered. The CNAs that come to us are a blessing. Thanks

I've used Right at Home on several occasions with both of my parents. They provide a service that makes my parents lives better and my life easier. I've been impressed with how they've been able to adapt to changing schedules and needs. Their follow-up and communication is impressive. I recommend them and would happily use them again in the future.

After going through several agencies with the same results of CNA’s Right at Home place my with an Awesome CNA Ms Tommeka who came at the right time when my Moma was facing more challenging issues she’s always on time and is very caring ….she’s great with my Mom not only as a care provider but as a friend … I really appreciate Right at Home. Ms CaVonna their Senior coordinator has been very helpful in many ways…thank you and your staff for placing us with the right person to suit my Mother’s needs…Thanks!🌺

Dear Right At Home, thank you again to your entire staff for taking such great care of our father, Richard. It was a pleasure working with Cavonna and Michael. On behalf of myself, my sisters and my mother, we want to especially thank our dads' CNAs (dad's angels): Ophelia, Tommeka, Christina, and Shenika. These four wonderful women took such great care of our precious dad. They were not only caregivers but companions to dad. Dad loved all of them!!! They made the last couple of weeks of our dad's life here on earth feel Right At Home. Thank you.
