I was introduced to Friend of the Family through the Backup Care program through my work. I have used this agency on numerous ocassions and have been very, very pleased. My mom and one of the caregivers hit it off immediately and Friend of the Family and that caregiver have been wonderful in making sure that she is available to care for my mom when we need her. It is a great comfort to know I am leaving my mom in such great care! I was very concerned about quality care for my mom until I was introduced to these wonderful people.
