I would never ever recommend or refer this agency to anyone. They have the rudest office staff and home health aides in the business. Office staff and home health aides do not take into consideration the needs of their elderly clients. Aides report to duty site late and often leave early and don’t mind telling you what time their day is ending.

This is the worse agency I have had the displeasure of working with. They came to the agency where I worked and made a presentation on their services. So, I decided to give them a try. Boy, was that a big mistake. Everything was fine at first but as time progressed it became evident that there was something wrong. There were all these excuses about what happened the referrals that my office sent, the aides weren't as rigorously trained as they had promised, and to make matters worse I had to stay in the office trying for an extra hour on a couple of occasions working with outside agencies to rectify the errors that Berhan made. I can't see how I could possibly refer anyone to this agency
