Whatever I ask the caregiver to do, he does it. He does whatever I ask him to do. The way they figure times and they charge for little things, I do not like. They do not do well in terms of charges.

My most recent caregiver went over the creation of a list with me for the things that I need done. She worked with me to make that list thorough. We just fit really well. They could work on the billing. I have a representative two days a month, like every two weeks. I have not had a bill for last month's group, but the one before was overbilled due to seemingly poorly timed billing practices. It would be nice to be able to pay these fees in advance.
