Deb and Don are my MPOA's. I couldn't ask for better providers. They are caring, knowledgeable, and always find a way to be there whenever I need them. I believe it is because of them that I am doing so well at the age of 72. I highly recommend Care Management Advocates. They do a wonderful job!

Deborah was incredibly outgoing and extremely reliable in helping my disabled sister get the necessary information for her Medicaid application as well as catering to her personal needs. 5 stars doesn't adequately describe her work. More like 10 stars, at least! A real godsend!

CMA is the guardian and manages the care of my sister, Candace. Candace has advanced dementia, limited mobility (wheelchair only), is incontinent, and requires a lot of attention. She resides at Balfour Louisville, CO and CMA provides more personal care than the staff there can manage. Deborah is her primary CMA caregiver and has developed a good personal relationship with her over the last several years. She does an outstanding job with Candace who can often be difficult -- challenging to communicate with, sometimes refusing to eat, and occasionally irritable. Deborah brings Candace her favorite coffee drinks and sweets, helping to keep her weight up, cleans her nails, and obtains clothes and other necessities as needed. She works with the Balfour staff to ensure Candace gets the care and attention she needs. Deborah has arranged for Candace to get weekly Reiki treatments which has helped her. She sets up weekly or more FaceTime calls with me, her brother, and her son, Matthew. Neither of us lives near enough to visit frequently and the FaceTime contact allows us to stay in closer touch and see firsthand how Candace is doing.

Would like to give positive review since the agency did help my brother apply for assisted living. But communication has dropped to zero and now I have no confidence that anyone at agency is following up, despite my repeated inquiries. Agency is nonresponsive.
