Brighton Hospice has been extremely caring and engaging at every stage, from the first phone call to the present day. They have just been very communicative to us about my mother. They keep us informed, my brother and myself, and they keep the facility informed. So, we're extremely impressed with Brighton Hospice. They let us know what their schedule is. My mother loves to work off of the calendar. She's very aware and her cognitive strengths are amazing at this stage. It's just her body that's giving out and they have communicated with her when they will be back or what they are going to do, what they're going to recommend, and their plans. They've just done a wonderful job of that.
