I ended up with Los Robles Home Care. It’s been very good, and I would use them again. They provided therapy, nursing, and checking up, and they had me on the monitor so they could check on me daily. They did everything. They were very confident and very caring, and the follow-up was great.

They totally stiffed me. This is the worst Health Care outfit in the world. It took me months to get the insurance and referrals lined up. They assured me many times over the phone the nurse would call the afternoon before I needed her/him. But no call. The next day, the day I needed service, they said they had sent a message to my insurance provider the day before that they didn't have the staff to come to me. My service provider has no record of such a message.

Very efficient, friendly physical therapists, very patient but persistent in making sure patient (my mother) adhered to program. Was very prompt and made appointments on time or called early to discuss any changes.
