We have someone that comes in every day for about a week now. My father-in-law's doctor recommended Crossroads. The caregiver they sent was wonderful and my mom's very comfortable. They set-up a visiting nurse who was outstanding.

One of the RN mistreated my mother's wound. The wound was originally a tiny one. The RN used a method that I told her that it did not work on my mom, The RN ignored my comments and insisted with her mistreatment for 6 weeks. Now my mom's wound has become an un-stage-able severe one and she needs to be intensively treated by a specialist wound care center. The RN was totally irresponsible and unprofessional. No apology heard from the RN nor from CRHHH.
