Excellent dementia care services. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and very experienced Care Managers. The care managers pick up the phone every time, day or night. They are always there for us and we are so grateful for their care and attention to detail. A little expensive when you first start but it has been worth every penny. Good luck 🍀

Founded in 2000, Bay Area GCM's professional care management & therapeutic services are devoted to trusting and respectful relationships with older adults and their families. Careful attention is given to: assessing strengths and needs of older adults; matching caregivers to meet their needs; supporting the ability to remain at home or transition into community living; improving communications between health care providers, older adults, and family members; and providing therapeutic services. Therapeutic activities are designed to meet each older adults emotional, creative, intellectual, relational, and physical needs. The experience, education, training, and volunteer commitments of the team, include extensive work with all levels of memory loss, progressive degenerative and chronic diseases, and end-of-life care. To ensure quality of care, each professional geriatric care manager works with fewer than 6 clients. Owner Sharon Gray is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and care manager certified with a certificate in gerontology. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and things quickly took a turn for the worst, it was very challenging snd it led me to search for an expert. I was fortunate to find Bay Area GCM. They helped me for 6 years, through the ups and downs, they stood the test of time. I am forever grateful for the loving care their provided for mom and the support they offered me throughout. I couldn’t have done it without them.

Sharon Gray is very professional and cares deeply about her clients. Over the past three years she has provided excellent care to my mother. We didn't know what to do when my mother refused to stop driving and she began having memory problems. We were so overwhelmed, because my mother would refuse any help, saying that she was fine. Sharon stepped right in and connected with her from the start. It was a relief and God knows what we would have done if we didn't find such a wonderful care manager who not only knows what to do, but also truly cares from the heart.
