She's there all the time and when he takes his naps she cleans. We didn't like the first worker - whenever we asked her to do something she'd jump down my throat - but Louise is doing really well.

I am no longer able to drive and have limited mobility. So when I need to go to my doctor's appointments, they transport me there. They are extremely helpful in transporting me to doctor appointments. The agency is easy to book someone when I need care, and If I have to leave a message, they let me know right away.

He can't really prepare his own meals and do a lot of things that he needs done. I would like to have an easier interaction with the caregivers.
