The Presidio team is very detail oriented and constantly in communication when taking care of my dad. He tends to be pretty picky when it comes to who is in his house and Eric took the time to find the right caregivers that would work well in this time of transition. We haven’t had any issues with their work so far and my dad has a smile on his face.

Presidio Home Care is a premium provider of non-medical in-home supportive services. We work with a select group of highly trained Home Care Aides to provide exceptional service to our clients and their families. We understand that each case is unique, which is why we take the time to meet in person with all of our clients and their families prior to starting service. We want to ensure that we have all of the necessary information so we can introduce the right Home Care Aide that will meet all of the family’s needs. Our work is primarily in private households but frequently we provide supplemental assistance in clinical environments. Our Home Care Aides have a minimum of 150 hours of professional training and help our clients live safely and comfortably through the administration of ADLs and IADLs. Examples of our services include: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Mobility/Ambulation Assistance (Transferring) Bathing & Showering Personal Hygiene & Continence Care Toileting Assistance Dressing Feeding Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) Light Housekeeping & Laundry Meal Prep & Cooking Medication & Hydrating Reminders Errands, Appointments & Prescription Pick-ups Companionship & Communications Pet & Houseplant Care

We reached out to Presidio after having some bad experiences with another company. Eric came in and immediately met our needs. The time and effort that he and his staff put into our case were fantastic. They held our hands through the whole process and continue to be in touch on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

Presidio Home Care is currently taking care of my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. I’ve been extremely happy with the quality of the staff that has shown up each day. They have brought a sense of normalcy and consistency to her life that makes everything run smoothly. The caregivers do all of the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning and are even able to take mom to all of her doctor’s appointments. I highly recommend them.

Our family has been working with Presidio for a little over 4 months now and we couldn’t be happier. My mother lives in Los Feliz but my sister and I live out of state so the thought of finding care was a little daunting at first. Over the course of multiple phone calls Eric walked me through all of the options we had to care for my mom and his thoughtful and patient approach helped give us some peace of mind along the way. He took the time to understand exactly what our needs were and has since set my mom up with a fantastic team of caregivers. They’re on time, professional, in uniform, and take detailed notes of my mom’s condition which is then sent to me whenever I ask. Feels like we’re in good hands and can’t thank them enough.
