In July of 2018, I injured my right knee with lateral and medial meniscus tears. The Orthopedic surgeon wanted to operate but my PCP recommended that I do not undergo surgery. Instead, he wanted me to go to outpatient physical therapy. But since I am not able to drive, he sent a home health PT instead. The PT was very nice and professional, explained thoroughly what I should expect; strengthening exercises and different preventive measures against injuries, falls, etc. I also needed IV hydration because of gastroenteritis and I was moderately dehydrated. The nurse was very skilled in inserting IV’s and I was very thankful she did not have to poke me several times. The personnel in their office are very courteous and helpful, answering questions promptly and directing me to various resources that I needed. All in all, the members of their staff who took care of me were very capable and skilled. I have very high esteem for this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The nurses from Heralds Home Health come in to take care of my wounds, do physical therapy and things like that. They're OK. I don't have any problem with any of them. I had one driver for one day, and she was OK. I am content with them because they are professionals doing their jobs, and they don't bother me with anything else.
