It is very stressful because they never reported that they had increased their prices. I told them that the only way I'd work with them was if they would provide coverage through our insurance. That didn't happen. My husband has advanced Parkinson's and eye problems, so he truly needs these services.

She would die without the infusion, they are giving her a life-saving fluid. I like that they show up. They have a list of things they do, including infusions.

They really isn't a lot more they can do, just with COVID it is tougher. They are reliable and communicate well.

My parents are not happy, I am the one trying to keep someone going to help them. I know my mom did not like the caregiver, and I had to go to bat for her. BrightStar Care cancelled her and did not get a replacement. My mom was left alone and fell yesterday. If we cancelled, we would be charged, but they can charge and not replace them. My dad didn't like it.

I didn't have to worry about my Dad that night. The caregivers have done licensing and background checks. They were there on time and able to assist Dad in the middle of the night, which was perfect.

Maggie, Valerie, Carmen, Ernie, and Elizabeth are all wonderful, caring, and responsible members of the Dublin BrightStar team that attended to my 95 year old father. I give them all 5 stars! Maggie is always available and responsive. Valerie is an RN who goes beyond the call of duty. Carmen, Ernie, and Elizabeth are caregivers who really do care about their patients needs and comfort. Thank you all!

He has developed relationships with these gals. He is a tough cookie to deal with, and they do well with him. It's hard to recommend them simply because the caregivers live so far away from my father because he lives in an expensive place where they can't live. It has nothing to do with the actual care from the agency.

I couldn't do without them. I just need help with shopping, cooking, showering, and laundry. Having someone here is good because I live alone and it's nice to have someone here as a companion. When I have any problems or questions, they are always right there and they take care of it.

We have used BrightStar Care of Dublin for close to 3 years for cate for my mother. Each caregiver has been on time and has fulfilled my mother’s needs. Especially Katherine, who is with my mother 5 days a week for 12 hours a day. Katherine takes incredible care of my mother. She makes sure my mother gets to whatever medical or social appointments she has as well as assisting her with meals, grooming, and daily chores. Knowing my mother is well taken care of allows me to continue my role as daughter instead of caretaker. I am very grateful for BrightStar bringing Katherine to my mother.

I do not have to go to different clinics because the care is done at home. They take stress off of my life. The nurses are very personable. If I have any questions, I can text them about any problem that I am having. I like the communication with my nurses.
