Excellent care from all--administrative office to our caregiver. Difficult times are made full of Love and Joy as your loved one approaches the final passage of life. Every detail of care was handled with grace and dignity. 24 hour care was provided for a parent who was in Hospice. Caregiver was prompt, prepared and always saw additional ways to help and create the best environment. Caregiver was a great listener and wanted to understand our needs as a family to better serve my parent. Caregiver was lighthearted but deeply committed to the comfort and safety of my parent. The caregiver went above and beyond to make my parent feel as happy and healthy as could be. For example my parent needed constant supervision it avoid falls as he moved from bed to chair to easy chair to bathroom and bed. Caregiver made this supervision a happy game. This help was transformed from a discouraging reality my parent had to face into a joyful bit of companionship during his day. Caregiver assisted with all personal hygiene, dressing, toileting,meal prep. laundry, housekeeping as well as being very nice at talking and laughing with my parent. This agency is very responsive to any request we have made. They are well trained with Hospice care. The agency keeps things simple and friendly. They are respectful and business like.

The gal I have from Love and Joy Senior Care Services is very good. They used to be here 20 hours a week, but now it's less. The caregiver does light housekeeping, does the dishes and puts them in the dishwasher, makes my bed, and makes breakfast and sometimes dinner, and puts it in the refrigerator. I'm happy to have her whenever I can get her. If anybody needed help, I would recommend them.
