My husband is at home receiving hospice care from Gentiva Hospice in Little Rock. They're excellent. They will come when my husband gets down to the last little bit. They'll come every day. We started with some physical therapy, but he got too bad for that. The social worker will come again in a week or two, but the nurse comes twice a week, and the CNA comes once a week. If I need them to, they will come more. Their billing is through Medicare, so I don't get it. I would say to people to go ahead and get hospice. This one is good because they could get into things the family can't handle. You would need somebody with some expertise on it, and to know when things need to change, and when medicine needs to be started, so it's just a good backup.
