I am so glad that I found The Cutting Edge Senior Care. The care is FANTASTIC and the rates are reasonable. I know that the caregiver that Frankie sends to care for my parents is going to be Qualified and Caring. All her caregivers are State Certified with at least 2 years worth of facility experience behind them and if Frankie can't send a experienced sitter then she goes herself, where do you find a owner that is willing to do that? Frankie's staff assists my parents with their showers and medicine reminders, they fix meals and care for both my parents and only charge for one. I checked with other companies before calling Frankie and all the other companies wanted to charge an extra rate to care for both parents even though they are in the same home. Frankie and her staff go above and beyond the call of duty, reguardless what the situation is I know that they will find a solution.With Great Pleasure, Fredrick Thomas

RE: Frankie L./The Cutting Edge Senior Care/Sitting Service. To Whom This Concerns: Frankie L. took care of my father who had senile dementia in my home. My husband and I had hired Frankie so that we could maintain my father comfortably and safely at home while we did our shopping, went to our daughter's functions, and other appointments that we could not miss. Frankie was available at a moments notice and at times would stay over-night if the situation meant we had to be out of the home for some reason. My father loved Frankie and she kept him always smiling, happy, and well-cared for in the comfprt of familiar surroundings for him. She was a God-send for us at a time that we desperately needed help. We felt her fees were very reasonable and her care was superb. I had complete confidence in her care of my dad and I knew I could count on her to be there when we called. I highly recommend Frankie and her services for the person who needs assistance and wishes to stay in their own home. She performed the duties that a well trained caregiver would perform. I know because I am a retired Registered Nurse and would only settle for the best where my family members are concered. I would not hesitate to use her services again if need be. Letter of Recommendation for Frankie L./ The Cutting Edge Senior Care: Frankie was a God-send at just the time we needed her. She provided the companionship my mother-in-law needed when Mamma had to move to an assisted living facility. Frankie and her staff came in and relieved us, when Mama had to spend a few days in the hospital, and needed someone there with her 24/7. Their willingness to work with us on scheduling the times when they would sit with Momma was exceptional, and then when we went back at to the assisted living facility has been second to none. Their ability to handle Momma's strong personality, which is augmented by Alzheiner's is amazing. Frankie is very good to report on a daily basis, how Momma's day went and how Momma is doing, and how the visit went. She is our "eye's and ear's", watching for health, social,emotional,and dietary needs that arise. She cheerfully tackles challenges and has been very creative in solving various problems. She definately goes the "extra mile" to help us, and give Momma the attention and companionship that Momma needs. Frankie's rates are very reasonable , and well worth every penny. We have used Frankie's company, The Cutting Edge Senior Care for several month's now and couldn't be more pleased. They always send well qualified and experienced caregivers. Frankie has always found a caregiver to provide services, no matter how short the notice. They have provided services such as, going to the grocery store, assisted with transporting to the doctor, ect. All this at a price well below what other local home health companies charge. When my Mother passed away from cancer I had to find care for my Father, I was so fortunate to find The Cutting Edge Senior Care. They supplied my Father with 24 hour care and the caregivers was always so attentive and caring. They came in and done everything that my Father needed done including running errands for my Father.Frankie herself would go with my Father to his doctor appointments and then she would email me a report. I lived in another state so on a daily basis Frankie would email me a report of how his day had gone. For the service that Frankie offers her rates are more than reasonable.So, when my wife and I found ourselves in need for care for my Mother-in-law I called Frankie again. To whom it may concern: When our mother, Nancy, needed extra personal care while a resident at Willow Brook Memory Care we were so fortunate to find Frankie and her staff to help her. Frankie was a godsend for us. She arranged care for Mother from morning to evening. Frankie did so much extra for Mother including bathing her, washing her hair, and even her laundry. She ran innumerable errands for us to purchase supplies as well as treats for Mother. Frankie and her staff was always happy, energetic, caring, and affectionate with her. Mother was always so happy when Frankie and her staff arrived and one could tell the affection was mutual. As time progressed and Mother's condition deteriorated, Frankie was the only one who could get her to eat. There where times when the caregiver couldn't make it in and Frankie covered the shift herself and did so cheerfully. She always put Mother's care first.
