It gives me three hours to take care of business and talk on the phone. I think that the caregiver is excellent because she immediately worked on building rapport with my sister. My sister looks forward to her coming.

They seem very responsive to what I wanted. They could spend less time on checking in and out. Compared to others that I'm familiar with, they waste a lot of time on that.

I don't have any family close, and my son called the director of the office. She was able to get someone out here in an hour on a Friday. I was rather pleasantly surprised. For the most part, it is good, but there have been some problems with something they said to my long-term care insurance, and that has had a negative impact on me. I can't afford $70 any time I want to have a shower.

The person they send to do my cleaning is a good choice. We have a lot in common, and she knows how to clean. The service has made me feel much better because the house is cleaner, and I can't stand a dirty house. I'm unable to clean myself.

The caregiver I have works here in the afternoon and he is very efficient. He does a great job and provides company. He is able to bring up subjects of things that I do not know about that I am interested in learning.

ABRiO Care lacks training. They don't have an impact because of their lack of training. The caregivers need to know more about my situation.
