My caregiver is Diana. She's coming in two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. She did pretty much housekeeping, like taking the trash out. She didn't do laundry because of the hours spread and I never could let her do one day long to do laundry because there was not enough time. I would say Diana is above average. She was pretty good but she could have done better. She was not as thorough and she did not give as much time allotted as I would think she would be able to do. I have a very small place, I'm in the hospital bed in the living room I only got 3 rooms that she does.

I'm a little unhappy with ResCare right now. I got a bill for two times in one month and the next month I got another bill two times in a month. I tried to explain to the lady that I never had them come that often because I just had a small apartment and I'm able to do everything myself. But I'm sure that there must be a reason for this problem because the first time I had them, they were very good. The lady came and she did a great job. They clean my bathroom and kitchen, vacuum and change my bed. They do an adequate job for what they're paid for. It's just this last few months that I'm having this problem.

Everything is okay with Rescare. I ask help for somebody to clean my house. They clean my house real fast and when I ask them to cut my grass they say yes. They clean pretty good. I've had a lot of caregivers but Angel was the last one who cleaned my house. I'm happy with their service. I will recommend them to others.

ResCare is the only one that could provide at the moment and at a reasonable time. They give my wife a bath and do a little house cleaning. They're doing well. The caregiver's name is April. She's very good.

I would like to thank everyone at ResCare HomeCare for the home care services given to my father over the last 3 years. When my father started ResCare services, his condition seemed hopeless. Today he has greatly improved, and has regained the joy of living. When deciding to look for a senior home care agency for my dad who suffered stroke in 2009, we were not sure if it was the right decision. The caregivers also were multi-lingual and they provided transportation for my father to medical appointments as needed. During the holidays ResCare caregivers transforms my father's home into a wonderful place. Everything from decorations to gift trading is done with so much love. During home visits, ResCare satisfies both medical necessities: 24hr nursing, nutritional diets, physical therapy, speech therapy, psychology and comfortable living necessities: housekeeping, laundry service, speech therapy, social activities, religious services, and beauty care. Meals are prepared daily for my dad by caregivers, and sometimes the care giver takes my father to his favorite restaurant, when his diet allows. Every day I thank God that my father is in such good hands and surrounded by love with ResCare HomeCare.
