Dobson Home – Hospice of the Valley

My mom just spent nearly two months at Dobson Home, well over the 14 days estimated. The staff is the best, so caring, attentive, kind, and just nice. The facility is lovely with large, clean rooms. If mom needed anything, they were there in less than a minute. She was bathed and kept clean, linens changed, and was brought pretty much anything she wanted to eat or drink. I can't say enough about the kindness of the entire staff and always made us feel welcomed to call, ask questions, etc. Mom was so glad we picked this when she first got there and was coherent. I stayed for four weeks but had to return to CA, but I never hesitated leaving her in their care with other friends and family visiting. Highly recommended.

My aunt was put to hospice after she was hospitalized while we were on a vacation. And they said, you can call anytime if you want to talk to her. We then called, and she seemed to be rallying, and I’ve got a call from them, and we have called and talked to her that morning. She sounded very foggy. I then got a call that she had passed away. We visited the facility, and the staff was excellent.

Dobson Home is clean, peaceful, and quiet. The staff members are just very nice, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. My dad has been staying there for maybe a month now.

We were able to use Dobson Home/Hospice of the Valley for about two days for my mom. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and really comforting for my mom. I would absolutely recommend them.
