I like that I am getting the services that I need, and I have a schedule that's working well. When I have to take off, I can work with the company to make sure my caregiver is able to get the hours that they're due for the week. They work with me.

In general, they are competent. Some caregivers have been a good match and some have not been a good match. The caregivers that are not a good match need a lot of direction. When you go into a kitchen and you find the silverware. But they would wait for me to be available to ask me to point out the silverware. I felt like I had to hold their hands, and that was a bit of a burden for me. They could just simply look around and get familiar with things. To have to train to that level is a burden. I am okay quickly going around and quickly showing them things and I give them a document with notes on it. I just do not like having to train them, and then you get sent a new caregiver. That makes the first hour or two not very valuable because I have to walk them through things. I would like them to keep sending me the same caregivers if I am going to invest the time. They could reduce the rates. That is it. They are just really expensive.

Anything is a help. I can't help all the time so its good to have somebody come in and they seem to take instruction well. The caregivers have helped the most by just being there. Them just showing up is enough for me. They are doing the best that they can. If they got somebody they'll send them. If they don't get anybody, they don't send them. The client says that the girls that do come are trained and everything's fine.
