My uncle was living with me and had to move back to Birmingham for his treatments. I was nervous about this because of family being scarce there. They told me they hired Amanda to help out and I was relieved and nervous. It was actually a great decision because not only did my uncle have someone to take him to his appts. She also made sure he exercised. He was eating a lot of processed food at my house and she made she he had a home cooked meal three times a week. Once he gets better he might not want to come back. I'm glad she cares so much.

We are so grateful for our Amada caregiver. My dad can’t be left alone anymore and we needed someone to help him during the day. She takes him to his dr appointments, does his laundry and makes sure he takes his medication in time.

Amada Senior Care has been great with my Aunt. I live out of state and due to a recent fall she needed immediate care. The caregiver takes her to therapy, makes sure she has meals ready and ensures we don’t have another fall. Thank you Amada.

I absolutely LOVED Amada. They met each and every need for my dad. They were able to provide me with the same caregiver for my visits who completed a list of daily needs for my dad. They were super professional and knowledgeable about dementia patients. They even provided me with extra resources for clients with dementia to help me out when they weren’t home with dad. If you’re looking for home care for a loved one, Amada is the way to go!

Amada has made a world of difference for our family in a really difficult time. The staff is wonderful and our caregiver has made daily life so much better. She helps with ready for the day, ensuring medications are taken, and keeping the house well kept. We love the Amada recipe book. Fluids and eating regularly are so important for my grandmother and our caregiver gives us the peace of mind my grandmother is getting everything she needs.

Amada and our caregiver have been wonderful for our family. The owner helped us navigate the claims process for my mom’s Long -Term Care Insurance and handled everything. My mom has dementia so it was important for us to have a consistent caregiver. Having the same friendly face everyday gives me the peace of mind that she will be in great hands every day.

Amada has made such a difference! My caregiver, Bethany, has become like part of the family and seems to know what I’m going to ask before the words leave my mouth! And her cooking has me spoiled. Everyone at Amada is so nice and helpful whenever I call. I’ve recommended to several friends and we’ve all been so satisfied.

Amada is a lifesaver during difficult times! The Office is amazing at troubleshooting and problem-solving - when we need to add a last minute shift, coordinate with insurance, etc. Our Caregivers were incredibly dedicated and became like part of the family, sometimes the only people could calm Mom down. As our family adjusts to a new normal, we are very grateful. My family truly didn’t understand Long-Term Care Insurance until one of Amada’s experts helped us walk through my mom’s policy, understand our options, and strategize about the best way to use. Saved us money and countless hours!
