Schmitt Woodland Hills is a wonderful facility located in a perfect spot for residents to sit outside and listen to the birds, or watch the squirrels, or in the fall enjoy the wonderful landscape of foilage. It is located close to a hospital and clinic if the residents need to seek medical care. The facility also offers transporation for the residents to their medical appointments. The facility offers a variety of activities for the residents to do including playing bingo, cards, and other games. There are frequently other activities that may include music and dancing. The staff are very friendly. They seem to be very helpful to the residents. The food appears hot and there is a variety of items served during the month. It appears clean and well organized. The apartments themselves seem to offer everything you would need such as grab bars, nonslip mats, and other safety features. Overall, I think this is a wonderful facility.
