Seasons Place is where my brother was. The best thing about it was the staff. They were incredibly kind and friendly. They took very good care of my brother and were very quick to be in touch with me if there was a problem. The staff was welcoming and they showed a lot of patience with my brother who can be difficult. I had lunch there. Considering they're cooking for so many people, it was very good. They offered game time. They had facilities for him to go to. They had a physical therapy room there. They did field trips out for those who were able. They had a nice garden, and in nice weather people could go out and work and plant things and enjoy the garden. They had a lot of activities. It was a very nice place.

We went to Seasons Place. We didn't schedule a visit, so we walked in and they were unprepared for us. We happened to be passing by and decided to stop in, so they were not prepared to give us an extensive tour. The director wasn't available at that point, so we just got to talk to one of the nurses. My husband, being that he's blind, needs a place that's very well-lit and bright. Seasons Place seemed to be darker, which he didn't care for. It wasn't as bright as the other facility, and the rooms weren't as large as the other facility. We just got to walk around and see the dining room and two of the living spaces, and that was about it. It wasn't an extensive tour. To my husband, the people at Seasons Place seem to be more elderly and more impaired than the people at the other facility. The people at the other facility were more agile and had a wider range of different ages than we saw at The Seasons Place. The people we talked to were still all very friendly and answered our questions. They weren't prepared for us and were put in a spot. The director wasn't there, so the person who took us around, I guess, we took her away from her duties, took time to walk us around. What my husband noticed - he's very sensitive to odors and smells, when he walked into Seasons Place, he said he got a hospital odor, like a medicinal kind of smell.

I toured Seasons Place. The price, it's out of our range. They want so much per month that even if this house was sold and everything, he would only be able to stay there a couple of years and he needs someplace so, he's going to be able to stay longer. So their prices are too high. The staff was nice. They need to improve on the cost.

My husband's uncle moved into Seasons Place. I feel like they're very supportive, and they do their job well. We chose it because it was in the same price range as the others that we talked to. It is a nice central for families to visit him. His room is a good, decent-sized room. There's plenty of room for him. It has chairs and a table. He hasn't complained about the food, so it must be decent. He doesn't go to the dining room. They have different activities and groups. They can go outside and sit in the fresh air. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's very expensive, but it's a very nice building. They have a lot of amenities he could enjoy.

Seasons Place is very clean and pretty modern. The staff responds to my husband's needs and the physical therapy that he's had so far has been good. He's got a private room with an attached bathroom and it's large. They have activities like bingo and other things. There is also a library and he has already had his haircut once at the salon.
