My uncle was placed in a nursing home called Heritage Hall two months ago. The staff is wonderful; the room is spacious and clean. He is in a shared room and loves the food. The dining room is spacious, elegant, and homey. They have singing and bingo. They seemed to be doing a great job. What impressed me most was because of the staff, they were very good to my uncle, and they treated him very well.

I see one other review. A lot sure has changed in 6 years it appears. Or maybe it’s ok if you’re staying long term. My mother is supposed to be short term rehabilitation after illness to return home. You’ll never go home if you’re depending on this place to help you recover. Call buttons ignored for hours regularly. Nurses snapping at my mother for asking for help. We’re done and would never recommend this place to anyone. I plan to make as many people as possible aware of how poorly run this facility is and filing any complaints possible with oversight boards. Completely unacceptable.
