"I went to Cardinal Senior Living. It was very nice, clean, and very quiet. The people seem to be happy. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful and very professional, asking us if we had any questions and wanted to know if we had any more. A lady took us on the tour because the gentleman was busy that day with someone, but she was really great. We could not have asked for a better tour. The facility was very clean. There was no smell or anything."

"Carriage Hill Retirement had their own memory care that was separate. The rooms were a nice size, and the showers were in the room. They were able to eat in their memory care unit. I saw their food, and it looked good. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very professional."

"I was in a hospital, and Liberty Ridge Health & Rehab was recommended to me. Their staff was very caring. The rooms in that nursing home were very nice too.They were spacious and clean. The food was not good; however, the dining room looked good.They also had the usual activities that most nursing homes have. Overall, my experience in that community was good. "

"The staff at Summit Health & Rehabilitation Center seems to be good and everyone has been very friendly. When I'm there, they seem to be doing well. I have my dad in a private room. It's small and he's fine with it, but I just have not been pleased with the care under the new management. It's adequate, but not anything extra. They have a really good activity staff though. They have two excellent activity coordinators and they have quite a few activities planned every day (now that we're able to do more) such as music activities, different little special making (like a special little desserts), and some exercise. They also do bingo and other games. They really have bumped up the level of activities."

"My mom went to The Summit right after a hospital stay. She was in assisted living for six months, and now she's in the long-term care facility. So far we've been very happy with everything. We think she's getting very good care. The staff has been wonderful. I have not had a bad experience with the staff at all. I'm five hours away and I try to get down there once a month to see her. I would order my meals with her. The food is good. I'm just very comfortable with her being there. I don't want her to be in a place like this. She'd rather be home, and I think anybody would. But if she had to be at some place I'm comfortable with her being at The Summit. She's content there. I would recommend this facility to others. However, I'd like them to have a private room that my mom could personalize. "

"It’s been less than a week since my parents moved to Valley View. We like that we have a full apartment with a porch/balcony. They have the kinds of activities that were most appealing. It’s a 40-year-old place, but it’s beautiful and very well maintained. "

"We have chosen Raspberry Hill Adult Daytime Center for my mom. I chose it because it's very personal. They greet each resident that comes in in a very safe COVID way but in a very personal way. They know them all by name. The people who own it are very hands-on with their residents. They make sure that their program is adapted to each individual need. They have a basic schedule, but within that schedule, every need is meant for each resident. It is beyond what we had hoped for. They have also a pickup and delivery service, which we use. They are very attentive to the residents on the bus, and they make sure everyone is locked in safely. It's just very personable, very calming, and welcoming. It is by far the best one we found. And it's affordable. They don't cheat on quality just because they are a little bit less expensive than some of the other ones around us. They have lunch and a snack, and it is very nutritious, but it is something that they will eat. It is not something so foreign to them that they're not going to eat it. They have all kinds of activities. They have some offsite activities, and they are just kind of getting back into that because of the COVID concept. But their activities are physical, cognitive, emotional, and social. They cover all of the needs of our elderly. Hands down in our area, it is the best facility. It is a smaller facility than some of the other ones, but it is far best the more attentive to the needs of the residents, and relationship-wise, it's much better than the other ones."

"Just wanted to like people know that my brother has been there for 3 years and being really taken care of. He get's (3) meals a day. They have activities for them to do and they make sure that they take their med's. I would recomend this facility to you. "

"The facility was very clean and the staff for the most part kept things out of the way of aisles. There are a good number of activities for the admitted that are available to those that can walk about by themselves, such as a lounge and outdoor porches. While my mother and grandmother were admitted into the facility, I was pleased with the care they received under the facility staff. I could tell that the staff care for the patients in the facility. I recall one instance in which I arrived from grocery shopping for my mother, a female nurse helped me carry her groceries from the ground floor entrance, even though I insisted it was fine. The staff always knew the amenities my relatives needed, like the time my mother need glucose (she is a diabetic) and were helpful when my overly obese grandmother needed help moving around in bed (she could not do it on her own). I am grateful that my grandmother was admitteAd into Guggenheimer for the service she received, all the way until the day she died there, some of the staff even attended the funeral. "
