Stacey, the night shift nurse is fantastic. She is the only one that is able to get my husband to drink the health shakes. She cuts up with him so he likes her. She takes fantastic care of him so I like her.

Daughter

Care is not good. They leave the patients in wet and dirty diapers for hours till their bottoms are totally raw meat. Rooms are not clean. I would rethink going to Mineral Wells Nursing And Rehab. And that’s pretty much said it all in it.

I'm currently at Mineral Wells Nursing & Rehabilitation for rehabilitation and medication. It's a beautiful facility. It is very clean and it smells really good. I have no complaints about this facility. The people here are wonderful, very caring, and very loving. I would send anybody here. There are activities every day that you can participate in, like bingo, shuffleboard, checkers, word finds, hand massages, karaoke, and flying kites. They take us out to dinners and they have singers come in from outside. The food here is the best that I've had in a hospital-type setting.

This facility is friendly, clean and great atmosphere. Up to date with plenty of activities for the residents and their families. They have taken great care of several friends and family with no problems. They were always happy and helpful anytime I visited and very accommodating. Thanks for your help. The rooms are clean and bright not depressing like some i visited. The family room and front porch was comforting. We had fun playing games and dancing. All the residents were involved in some way. I loved it. Hope I never need it again but if needed I know where to go. The nurses are wonderful and the rehab is awesome. There was always someone available for help and questions.
