This is a place I would not put my dog! No sheets on the beds. People are not taken care of in any visible way. They are fed and that is all. I work for residential care facilities in California. They would be closed down here. I think it is terrible to treat the elderly this way. I intend on finding out what Texas state laws are for nursing facilities and see what I can do about the non-care at this facility.
