I chose Carthage Healthcare Center for my aunt. I chose them because I am in Carthage daily. It is in the same town that I go to every day, so I can see her there more frequently. It reminds me of an old fashion house. It is really cute and clean. The staff I met were all kind, very helpful, and willing to figure out how to make a situation work best for the patients that they have.

Takes an hour to get assistance from CNA's. I sat in urine soaked pants most of the time as noone would take the time to help going to restroom. The food is cold and is either way too salty or no flavor at all. Administrator has no time for patients shes more concerned with how something will look than how it will effect us. Activities is a joke, a little change each week would be great. Not sure who the penny pincher is but a little money would be great to do crafts, outings.
