Us girls had such a hard decision to place our father in a memory care facility. After talking with Kori and Chelsey our decision was easy. They made us feel confident in our decision to choose Songbird. They have been taking great care of our father and everyone has been so friendly and nice! Staff is easily reachable and helpful! My Dad came in several years ago with terminal cancer. He had been bed ridden and just wanted to walk again Doninic and his crew got him up and going. Now my mom has been there twice for rehab, once after hip surgery and now for a medical issue. She went inti Songbird weak and unable to walk after being in bed for 6 weeks. Now 2 months later after all of the great food and loving and caring staff, she is back on her feet and coming home soon. She is 89 years old and says if she ever has to move into a skilled care facility, Songbird is the only place she will go. The staff are amazing and truly love the residents. They are like family

I not satisfied with this place when it not clean it has roaches and the patient are not first priority breaks and lunches come before the patients needs . Leaving them on bed pans hours at a time and that's not right your getting paid to do your job

I searched the Brownwood area for a rehabilitation for a relative in my care. They came thru with flying colors. The staff is great, caring and goes the extra mile for those in their care. Best rehabilitation I have ever seen. Thank you for everything.

I had no idea what to expect having never visited a nursing home before, but I was very surprised and could definitely see why my Grandmother chose this particular nursing home. The staff, at least the ones I met, were genuinely caring, friendly people. Her room was small, but cozy, my Grandmother had no complaints about the food, and she felt secure being so close to Brownwood Regional Hospital.
