My sisters and I are very pleased with Park Creek. Our dad is happy and well taken care of by a terrific staff. He has all of his own furniture and belongings, so it really feels like HIS home. He says the food is good and everyone is very nice. What a relief for us to know that he is safe and well taken care of. I did not rate the activities as he has not participated in any as of yet. Thank you Park Creek!

My mother has been in this facility since November, 2017. It was a very tough decision to move my mom out of her independence, and one we did not take lightly. Our family is middle-class with limited funds but doesn't negate the fact that we wanted the best for our mother. After doing tons of research, checking prices, and getting testimonials from current residents and outside vendors, we were so lucky to find Park Creek. The place is not very large or very fancy like others (who puts granite counter tops where seniors can fall and hit their head anyway?) -- but it's clean and most of all, the staff is phenomenal. The nursing staff is the best -- genuinely caring and watchful. My mother flourished here (and it could have gone either way). My mom often tells me, "If i have to be anywhere, I'm glad it's here. The staff is so nice and if they are not, they don't stay long. I feel safe and you don't have to worry about me." Enough said! If your hesitating -- don't! Love it here and I'm not easy to please.

We are using Park Creek Retirement Community. It's close to where we live and we could afford it. The staff is wonderful. Their rooms are of three different sizes and I think we have the larger one. They have special guests that come in and do music maybe three or four times a month. I like the fact that it's not too big. I think there are only about 60 residents. The staff is very warm, caring, and very personal because they really get to know the residents and their families.

Terrible. My grandfather was there and was having problems with behavior. They accused him of being a 95 year old 'rebellious teenager'. Soon after he fell out of a chair and they accused him of being drunk because he had beer the night before and said he needed to 'sleep it off'. Well hours later he was in intensive care and the doctor found he had a uriniary infection for quite some time which would explain his 'teenager behavior' and it had spread into his blood. He struggled to survive for almost 2 days until he passed away from organ failure. Would you put your loved one in a place like this? Other than that they would not let him into a wheelchair until a lot of headaches had to be ironed out, they said it would make him weak and there is a 102 yr old woman who walks fine. He had bad knees from 50 years of construction and home building, not to mention being on a ship that was attacked by japanese pilots during WW2. He was mentally sound and should still be here, even though his knees were bad, never had cancer or any real problems as of recent. These people neglected my grandfather, were rude to my family, and did not do anything to make him comfortable. Very unprofessional and very lazy staff. Please do not send your loved ones here, shame on you Park Creek and SHAME ON YOU whoever you are that runs/owns this hellhole. I hope you never end up in your own establishment one day and have to deal with the neglect and harassment that your business provides

My experience was generally positive here, even though I only visited on three occasions. Every time I came the facilities were very clean, the grounds were kept neat and well-maintained, and the staff was always extremely friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed. There were lots of planned activities that kept my great-grandmother from getting bored. She always spoke very highly of the trips and other activities that helped her make and keep friends among the other residents. She also greatly appreciated the home cooked meals, which helped her from becoming too depressed about the fact that she couldn't really cook for herself anymore. The grounds were very beautiful, and while my great-grandmother was still mobile, we enjoyed taking short walks around outside and enjoying the sun and weather. Even though I never got to experience, the whirlpool spa was my great-grandmother's favorite relaxing treat. I would definitely recommend Park Creek Center to anyone considering it.

Park Creek is a facility that offers quality care as well as the combination of friendly faces and attitudes. The staff there really cares about the needs of the residents and strives to make sure that each resident has exactly what their specific need requires. All residents are encouraged to address whatever problems they encounter and feel comfort in knowing that those problems well be fixed. The food at Park Creek is pretty decent. I know from personal experience that a lot of the residents wish they had more options, and they did, but I'm not so sure they were the options that they wanted. The facility is a lot larger than most people think just by looking at the outside. It is a small, friendly and inviting community.
