"After a total knee replacement on Jan. 6, I had physical therapy at PC Outpatient Rehab center. My therapists Nicole, Tera and Betty were an amazing team with all having specific specialties. All three were nurturing, demanding and quite professional. The facility has first rate machine equipment, and is very clean. Also, PCRC well stocked with supplementary accessories for balance, stretching and free weights. My program was individualized for me and as a result my progress was very effective. 9 weeks later I am playing golf, riding my bike and back to walking normally. Thank you to all at PC Out-Patient rehab, I could not have had a better experience."

"My husband is in Douglas Jacobson State Veterans Nursing Home. It's very nice. The people are very friendly and very caring. The room is very nice. The food is excellent and they have a variety. They try not to have repetition. They have like a five-week cycle. They offer physical therapy where needed. They have crafts and karaoke. They have one-on-one that they work with people. The staff is wonderful. I have yet to meet anybody who is not caring, kind, and considerate, especially to the client, and very helpful to any family members. It's an older building, but they keep it very, very clean."

"My family is very satisfied with the care our loved one is getting at Solaris long term care. We have had a couple of issues to take care of but nothing major; she gets great loving care there. The facility is kept clean and their response to COVID and Hurricane Ian has been right on. I am surprised by some of the negative comments here but I can only speak of our experience. There are more activities than most can probably do; sometimes two in the morning and two in the afternoon. They have fun activities, particularly on Friday Happy Hour....live music and wine/beer for those who want, and snacks for everyone . The meals always look wonderful; I have not eaten them myself yet but all indication is that they taste as well as they look. Also, the private accommodation is very very nice. There are great places to visit including outdoor spaces, screened lanais, and plenty of sidewalks to stroll and visit. I encourage anyone looking for this level of care to take a look at Solaris in Port Charlotte. "

"I visited with three of my grandchildren for their Fall Festival this year. First I would like to thank everyone who helped make this happen. We had a lovely time ! I was very impressed with the facility and residents alike! The residents obviously love this event. All were so involved and kind. The gentleman singing outside was wonderful and seemed to enjoy what he did. The ladies selling and advertising were just lovely. We got some candy and bargains! We ate, danced ,trick or treated and pet animals. We wanted to also rich base on the cleanliness of this place. The workers that were taking care of residents were fantastic. Fantastic place to visit for their Fall Festival. Great place of you need their services. I know I will highly recommend this facility. GREAT JOB !!"

"The staff at Charlotte bay port Charlotte are very caring, friendly, passionate about there work, I know my mom is taken care of she loves the nurses and aids the calender is full of activities, there always something going on and that's important for elderly to keep active, and be entertained, I toured other skilled nursing facilities,none had a calendar of things to do none had friendly caring staff,here at Charlotte bay , everyone is So Nice and caring.and it's very clean, my mom likes most of the food, they give options to switch out stuff you don't like on menu,which I think is great."
