"My father was admitted to Harbour Health for rehab after his hip surgery. The therapist were excellent, he was up and walking that day and went back home after a week. Much stronger than when he arrived and happier too. The nursing staff members were attentive to his needs. All in all a very pleasent experience for Dad and me. "

"I have chosen here but I haven't moved in yet. The first thing we noticed when we went on a tour is how happy the people that were there in talking to each other and communicating. That was one of the big things. The price was another, and that was the second thing. They've been very helpful in helping me set up the room and anything else I needed. I'm happy with the size of my room. I don't need a lot, but it has a bathroom and a screened-in porch. I'm on the first floor. I've got furniture delivered there from Wayfair, and they said they'd handle it. And I'm going to have furniture moved down on the 15th from where I am, and they said to let them know and they'll have dollies out and things ready to move them to the room for me. All in all, they've been very, very, very helpful. The staff members have been very friendly. Everybody speaks to me and introduces themselves. They're very, very nice. They have a laundry room on the second floor, and they have a library, which is important to me. They even told me if I knew when the TV was coming, they were going to connect it for me. And my tour was complete."

"The Gallery at North Port was very nice. They were very accommodating and they showed me all of the rooms that I would be interested in, and it's a very nice place. I think it was outside of my budget, but I'm not sure, depending on what we would need. But it was a very nice place, and I think the food looked like it was pretty nice too. The lady that gave me the tour was very knowledgeable and not pushy or anything. She just told me the facts and showed me the rooms and pointed out the differences in the rooms, and everything. And she gave me a brochure that had the prices and everything on it. So that was good. I think it was geared more towards the independent, because they had villas there that you can rent. That was the only place I've heard of that has villas for independent living. I didn't realize that such places existed. That wouldn't work for me, but for some people, that would be good. One thing I like about that is each person had their washer and dryer, and that to me, in an independent place, would be kind of important."

"I'm a current resident. I like that I don't have to cook, and I get my meals. I like that. The meals are very nice. They're good. They also do the cleaning. The place is very nice. It's clean and comfortable. I live on the first floor, so I don't have stairs to climb, but the washing machine is up on second floor, so when I do laundry, I have to go up to the second floor. There is a beauty shop and a thrift store. We don't have to worry about the lawn, of course, it's all taken care of. They have bingo quite often, and they have other things going on. I like to read, so sometimes I get a book and stick my nose in a book, and I don't go to anything else. We have a library here. The staff is very nice. They bring me my food, and they come in and give me a COVID test quite often. We're supposed to wear masks whenever we go out of our room. Sometimes, I forget to put my mask on. I have a bedroom and a living room. I don't have much of a kitchen. I have some cabinets, a sink, and a little refrigerator, but no stove. I have a little side room that is just for extra storage, and what-have-you."

"The staff was very friendly and nice. I have spoken with a few clienteles there and it seemed to be a nice place. They showed me a couple rooms and they were fine. The surrounding was very nice and it was quite a large area. I was really pleased with them. I would recommend it to others. "
