want to give a huge thank you to Staci at Carolina Spring Senior Community. She has been absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect home for my mother. From the very first conversation, Staci was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand exactly what my mom needed and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, she answered all my questions, and she made sure we felt supported every step of the way. It’s not often you meet someone who truly goes above and beyond — but Staci definitely did. My friend is in Carolina Spring Senior Apartments. They have income-based apartments. They are very responsive and very caring people. The apartment is very nice and very well maintained. They have activities. They have an exercise room, a large screen TV room, and a gathering room. They have bingo nights. Every single resident there that we talked to was very friendly and happy with the place, which was a very good sign. They also have a vehicle or a bus that will take you to the grocery store. There is free transportation from Chapel Hill to there. In other words, there's some kind of a free bus line, and they have free transportation, which is very nice. They have community people that come in and bring a whole bunch of food; it is some kind of a food drive. They don't have meals prepared there. It is a nice low-income housing place, and water is included. Every floor has a laundry room, which is coin operated.
