There's nothing that I didn't like at The Five Towns Premier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. I like that even with COVID going on, they gave us a complete tour of the building. It's immaculate, it's clean and they are professional. You can see that the staff is very friendly, they care about their patients and you could see that it's professionally run. The staff is very clean in uniform and their amenities were nice.

Some unfriendly nurses and nurses aids, requesting for treatment is very slow if any, food is the worst I have ever seen from 5 other places I have been with hospital and rehab, but good programs with rehab but depending who you have

The Five Towns Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is very good. I'm happy that my mother is in this place. They have a minimum of people for each staff. In the other rehab, they have one nurse who has forty patients, whereas here they have one nurse for every seven people. The staff's work attitude that I have seen so far has been great. I'm happy and I feel very relieved that she's there. Her room is a little small but it's okay; it's not bad. The therapy is awesome. She doesn't like the food; the food is awful.
