I am staying in a place called Sycamore Crest in Spring Valley. I've been here for about a month and you have to be 55+ to get in here. They have bus trips and taxis but you're independent and clean your own place. You don't have a housekeeper or a cook, and you take care of yourself. They go by your income. You have to meet certain income criteria so you can't make over a certain amount of money. You have to pay your own electric bill and have to feed yourself. You also do your own laundry and cleaning. It's an older place. They just have a manager who manages the maintenance and other things. You have your own kitchen too because they don't cook for you. It's a 4-story apartment, and they have washers and dryers in the washroom. A little bit more of an improvement on their staff would be good. Maybe be more responsive at getting things fixed and getting them fixed right the first time instead of repeatedly fixing them.
