Staff at Cedargate are so nice. They greet you with a smile. Residents seem happy and well taken care of. I have never had a serious problem while my aunt has been here. When I do, the administrator and Director of Nursing are always happy to help. I would trust the care here for any of my friends and family.

Staff at Cedargate are so nice. They greet you with a smile. Residents seem happy and well taken care of. I have never had a serious problem while my aunt has been here. Facility is clean, staff is friendly. Lady giving tour was very nice. Does not feel crowded like other facilities.

When I walked in the front door, it looked very nice. Once I passed the front area into the hallways, it was horrible. It smelled like urine and there were objects lined in the hallway, which made it very difficult to walk with my dad. He had to share a restroom with approx. 4 other individuals. Some of the staff were very,very nice. Others, it seemed, were there just to "do their job". It would be nice if they could at least smile.
